Kaziranga: State Cabinet Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma visited the Mihimukh Kohora Range today at around 9 am in the morning to take stock of the flood situation at Kaziranga National Park (KNP).
Amid the crisis situation in the state, the Minister managed his crucial schedule to visit the national park this morning.
Informing about his experience, Himanta took to Twitter saying, "The picturesque Kaziranga National Park and its wonderful inhabitants are struggling with fury of flood. I made an extensive visit of the Park to gauge the extent of damages, & have instructed officials to do the best we can. My compliments to the staff for their spirited work."
The minister also shared a Facebook Live Video during his visit at the Kaziranga National Park. He was joined by State Agriculture Minister Atul Bora, MP Kamakhya Prasad Tasa among other forest officials.
