20-bedded ICU inaugurated by Union Minister Rameswar Teli in Tinsukia
Tinsukia: A 20-bedded ICU at Tinsukia civil hospital was inaugurated by the Union Minister Rameswar Teli and Assam Minister of Tea Tribes Welfare Sanjay Kishan this morning.
Informing about this, State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma stated in Twitter that this shall help us to scale up our capabilities to fight against COVID-19.
Himanta also complimented the Hospital authorities and Deputy Commissioner of Tinsukia in this regard.

Tinsukians have been relentlessly fighting against the pandemic for the past 6 months. As per the Government reports, around 3366 cases for COVID-19 has been listed in Tinsukia, of which 1798 patients have recovered and rest 1551 are active with 17 deaths.
